Gifting an Xperience: Reservation vs. Gift Card

Overview: When you give the gift of speed, you have two ways to do it. You can either lock in a specific date right now or provide a digital gift card so the recipient can choose their own adventure later.

1. Option 1: Book a Specific Reservation

Choose this if you know which car they love and exactly when they are available.

• How to Book: Visit https://xtreme-xperience.vercel.app/events to select your Location, click Book Now, and choose the Vehicle, Sessions (laps), and Time.
• The Benefit: Their spot is guaranteed. They simply show up at their scheduled time and drive.
• Changing the Car: If the recipient wants to swap cars later, they can contact us to check availability for that same event weekend. If the new car has a higher value, they simply pay the difference.
• Important Policy: Once a reservation is made, it is subject to our standard rescheduling terms. It cannot be moved to a different weekend or future event date. We can only accommodate reschedules or car swaps within the specific event weekend originally booked.

2. Option 2: Digital Gift Card

Choose this if you want to provide total flexibility or are unsure of the recipient’s schedule.

• How to Book: Visit https://xtreme-xperience.vercel.app/gift-cards to select your gift. You can choose from one of our pre-set amounts or enter a custom value of your choosing.
• The Benefit: These never expire and are valid at any of our locations nationwide. If the dates for this season do not work, they can save the balance for a future year.
• The Requirement: A gift card is not a reservation. The recipient must visit our website to redeem the card for an available time slot. We highly recommend booking as soon as the gift is received to ensure vehicle availability.

3. Important Rules for Every Gift

• Arrival Time: All participants must arrive one (1) hour before their earliest scheduled experience. Once they check in at the front desk, our team will assist with the rest of their schedule.
• One Driver Per Car: Each car selection is for one participant only. If you want two people to drive, you must add two separate car entries to your cart.
• Participant Names: Don't worry about the names on the initial order. Our on-site team will verify who is driving which vehicle during the check-in process on the day of the event.
