Can I get a refund?

We’re sad to see you go, but we understand things come up! Your reservation is viewed as a “ticket” because we are holding a car, space, and time for you. All reservations / bookings / tickets / gift cards come with our 7-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE. Within 7 calendar days of purchase you may receive a refund, minus a 5% bank processing fee. Refunds are not provided after 7 calendar days; non-negotiable.

Please note the 7-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE is not applicable if your Xperience Date is within 7 days of the purchase date.
