Refund Policy

Overview: To maintain a professional and safe environment, we operate on a strict track schedule with limited capacity. Reservations are eligible for a refund only within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

1. Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you request a refund within seven (7) days of your original purchase date, you are eligible for a partial refund.

• Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [e-mail]. To ensure accurate processing, please include your order number.
• Refund Amount: You will receive 95% of your original purchase price. Please note that a 5% bank processing fee is non-refundable and covers the costs associated with the initial transaction.
• Proximity Rule: If your scheduled event is set to take place within seven (7) days of your purchase date, the reservation is not eligible for a refund regardless of when the ticket was bought.

2. Past 7 Days of Purchase

Once you are more than seven (7) days past your original purchase date, your reservation is no longer eligible for a refund.

• All Sales Final: Beyond the initial 7-day window, all sales are final.
• Store Credit: We do not issue store credit for unused, missed, or canceled reservations.
• Transferability: While the booking is non-refundable, it is fully transferable. You are welcome to gift or resell your spot to a friend or family member.
• How to Transfer: Email [e-mail] with your written consent and the new participant's full name, age, address, phone number, and email address before the event begins.

3. E-Gift Cards

• Final Sale: All e-gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
• No Expiration: In accordance with federal law, the funds on our e-gift cards do not expire for at least five years from the date of purchase.
