Overview: We operate on a strict, professional schedule dictated by track contracts, noise ordinances, and sunset times. Because your session is tied to a specific time slot, arriving past your scheduled check-in time means your original reservation is no longer guaranteed.

1. Mandatory Notification

If you realize you will not arrive by your scheduled check-in time, you must contact us immediately.

• Important Note: Please do not call the racetrack directly. They are a separate entity and do not have access to our scheduling, booking, or check-in systems.

2. Potential Impacts on Your Xperience

While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware of the following operational constraints:

• Wait Times: You may be moved to the next available safety briefing or driving session, which can result in a significant wait time.

• Vehicle Substitutions: If your original car is fully booked for the remainder of the day, we may need to move you into a different supercar to ensure you still have the opportunity to drive.

• Session Forfeiture: If you arrive too late for our team to safely fit you into the remaining track schedule, we may be unable to host your drive. Per our terms and conditions, missed sessions due to late arrival are not eligible for a refund.

3. Why Timing is Critical

We maintain a schedule that is "down to a science" to ensure a world-class experience for all guests. We cannot extend our track rental time or noise windows to accommodate late arrivals, as doing so would negatively impact the experience of guests who arrived on time.
