Overview: We use high-tech equipment to capture your drive, but due to the extreme nature of racing (vibrations, heat, etc.), technology malfunctions can occasionally occur.
1. My video is missing or did not record:
- Refund for Video: You are eligible for a refund only for the price of the video if you pre-purchased it and no footage was produced.
- The Driving Experience: A failed or missing video does not result in a free drive, a rescheduled drive, or a refund for the driving experience itself. The drive and the video are two separate products.
- Bundle Discounts: If your video was part of a "Bundle" (like the Full Throttle package), a percentage of that package will be refunded to cover the missing video.
2. I purchased "Unlimited Videos":
- The Definition: The "Unlimited" package ensures you receive at least one (1) successful video from your scheduled drives.
- Note: If you drove multiple cars and at least one recorded successfully, the package is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
3. Lost or Damaged USBs:
- Responsibility: Once the USB has been handed to you at track check-out, it is your responsibility.
- No Refunds: We cannot issue refunds if the USB is lost or damaged after you leave the track.
