Overview: We want you to focus entirely on the thrill of the track. To ensure a professional and safe environment, every participant is required to maintain a Driver Protection Plan. This policy caps your financial liability and ensures you can drive with confidence.
1. Mandatory Coverage Requirement
Personal auto insurance policies (including umbrella and high-value vehicle policies) typically do not provide coverage for high-performance driving on a closed circuit.
- Guest Responsibility: Because you have full control of the vehicle during your session, you are responsible for the equipment.
- Financial Protection: A protection plan is mandatory for every driving session. This plan provides a defined limit on your out-of-pocket costs (the deductible) for damages up to the maximum coverage limit of your selected tier. Please note that the driver remains financially responsible for any damages or 'loss of use' costs that exceed the specific coverage limit of their chosen plan.
2. Protection Plan Tiers
Guests may select from the following coverage levels during the booking process:
- Base Level ($39): Provides $20,000 in coverage with a $6,000 deductible.
- Mid-Level ($69): Provides $85,000 in coverage with a $4,000 deductible.
- Premium Level ($129): Provides $125,000 in coverage with a $2,000 deductible.
Important Coverage Details:
- Vehicle Damage Only: These plans apply strictly to physical damage to the Xtreme Xperience vehicle. Coverage begins only after the driver’s applicable deductible has been met.
- Exclusions: This protection does not provide personal medical insurance, health coverage, or third-party liability insurance for the driver or any other individuals. Participants are responsible for their own personal health and accident insurance.
- Liability Limits: The driver remains responsible for any vehicle damage exceeding the selected plan’s coverage limit, as well as the "loss of use" of the vehicle while it is undergoing repairs.
3. Track Safety and Maintenance Fees
To maintain our strict safety standards, any vehicle that leaves the designated track surface must undergo a mandatory safety inspection and cleaning before returning to service. These fees are separate from, and may be charged in addition to, any Driver Protection Plan deductibles.
- Two Wheels Off ($200): Comprehensive inspection of tires, wheels, and alignment.
- Four Wheels Off ($300): Full undercarriage inspection and debris removal.
- Foreign Object Contact ($500): Mechanical and bodywork assessment following contact with cones, curbs, or other track markers.
Interaction with Driver Protection Plan:
- Damage Assessment: If an inspection reveals damage to the vehicle, your Driver Protection Plan will be activated, and the applicable deductible will be collected.
- Deductible Refund Policy: If the final cost of repairs is determined to be less than the collected deductible after a full post-event evaluation, the difference will be refunded to the driver.
- Safety Fee Non-Refundable: Please note that the Safety and Maintenance Fees (Two Wheels Off, etc.) cover the labor and equipment for the inspection itself and are non-refundable regardless of whether damage is found.
