Overview: Our goal is to provide the exact experience you booked. However, because we operate high-performance vehicles and work within strict track schedules, we reserve the right to modify bookings when necessary to ensure a safe and professional event.

1. Reasons for Reservation Adjustments

While we aim for every event to run as scheduled, modifications may occur due to the following:

Mechanical Requirements: For your safety, our high-performance vehicles undergo constant assessment. If a vehicle requires unscheduled maintenance, it will be removed from the rotation to ensure all safety standards are met.
Weather Conditions: Unpredictable weather may require a shift in time or date to maintain safe driving conditions.
Operational Mandates: We may adjust schedules or car assignments to comply with track-specific regulations or to ensure the professional flow of the event for all guests.

2. Notification Process

Text Message Notifications: Official updates regarding changes to your reservation, whether determined in advance or on the day of the event will be sent via text message to the phone number provided at booking.
On-Site Updates: If a change occurs while you are already at the track, our on-site team will assist you immediately in person.

3. Substitution and Rescheduling

We are committed to providing a world-class experience even if the original details must change:

Comparable Alternatives: If your selected vehicle is unavailable, we will provide a comparable high-performance vehicle.

4. Refund Policy Regarding Modifications

Per the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase, modifications to a reservation (car, date, or time) do not qualify for a refund, provided that:

A comparable vehicle is provided OR
A rescheduled date is offered within 12 months and within a 3-hour driving radius of the original location.
