Overview: To maintain a professional and safe environment, we operate on a strict track schedule with limited capacity. Because each session is reserved specifically for you, all reservations are subject to the following rescheduling and cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
1. Within 7 Days of Purchase
If you need to modify your reservation within seven (7) days of your original purchase date, you are eligible for full flexibility.
- Modification Options: You may move your reservation to a different location, date, or time based on availability.
- How to Change: Please call us at 866.273.7727 or email info@xxspeed.com with your order number ready to process the change.
2. Past 7 Days of Purchase
Once you are more than seven (7) days past your original purchase date, the following restrictions apply to ensure the stability of our event schedule:
- Same-Weekend Only: You may only reschedule for a different time slot within the same weekend of your original event, subject to vehicle and track availability.
- Future Dates: Rescheduling to a different weekend or a future event date is not permitted.
- Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Per our terms of service, refunds are not provided for reservations past the initial seven-day purchase window.
3. No-Show and Missed Session Policy
Failure to arrive for your scheduled check-in time results in the immediate forfeiture of your session.
- Forfeiture: If you do not appear for your scheduled booking, all amounts paid are forfeited.
- No Recourse: We cannot offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling once a time slot has been missed.
4. Transferring Your Ticket
If you are past your seven-day purchase window and cannot attend your scheduled weekend, your ticket remains fully transferable.
- Gift or Sell: You may gift or sell your reserved spot to a friend or family member who can attend in your place.
- How to Transfer: You must email info@xxspeed.com with your written consent and the new participant's full information before the event begins.
